Yes. We can arrange pick-up or towing for vehicles being scrapped or sold, so you don’t have to worry about transporting it yourself. In many cases, this service is included at no extra cost.

Do you provide insurance with less than 1 year or match coverage with road tax expiry or vehicle COE expiry?

Yes, we can help you arrange coverage for shorter periods or align it with your road tax or COE expiry date. This way, you can save on costs if you decide to end your policy early. We also work with multiple insurers to help you find the most competitive rates available.

How do I request a price match when other insurers have promotions?

Collect a formal quote that clearly shows the final, discounted premium. Then, provide that quote to us. We’ll compare coverage type, policy limits, and any add-ons to see if we can align our policy terms and pricing.

Is it always worth switching to a policy offering vouchers and discounts?

Not necessarily. A discounted rate might initially look cheaper, but once you factor in the total coverage, deductibles, additional extras (roadside assistance, windscreen coverage, etc.), and post-promotion premium rates, the savings may be minimal or short-term. Always compare the overall value and coverage details, not just the headline promotion.

What if the competitor’s voucher covers non-insurance items like fuel or shopping rebates?

While we can’t match non-cash perks or vouchers, we do evaluate any final premium reductions they provide. If their net premium is indeed lower for a comparable policy, we will strive to meet or beat it.

What battery type should i select? (AGM/EFB/SMF)

AGM batteries are powerful, long-lasting, and ideal for cars with start-stop or high electrical demand, but they come at a higher cost. EFB batteries are more affordable, suitable for vehicles with basic start-stop systems, though they don’t last as long as AGM. SMF batteries are the most budget-friendly and reliable for standard cars without start-stop, but can’t handle heavy electrical loads.
